A short note on how we use the information you share when you apply.

What we collect

The details you enter in the application form: your name, contact details, education and work experience, and any CV you attach. To prevent misuse of the form we also record the date of your application and an encrypted summary of your IP address.

Why we use it

Only to assess your application and to contact you about it, on the legal grounds in Article 5(2)(c) and (f) of Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).

Who sees it

Only the staff involved in recruitment. We do not share it with third parties unless the law requires us to.

How long we keep it

Applications are kept for one year and then deleted.
