Our approach to people

We assess candidates on their knowledge, skills and experience. Language, religion, gender, age and disability play no part in the decision.

Our team works at our head office in Ankara and on our sites across Türkiye and abroad, on water supply, sewerage, irrigation, flood protection, road and building projects.

On site and in the office we work to occupational health and safety rules.

Hiring process

When a suitable position opens, we review applications in these steps.

    We compare your application with the requirements of the open position.

  3. Interview

    Shortlisted candidates are interviewed by phone or in person.

  4. Offer

    After a successful interview we make an offer and agree a start date.
