Haselsan is an infrastructure and building contractor based in Ankara, Türkiye.

About Haselsan

Since 1988, Haselsan İnşaat ve Ticaret A.Ş. has worked as a contractor on infrastructure, irrigation canals, dams, roads, housing and related projects.

Our track record begins in 1986 with water supply works for İller Bankası. In the years that followed came irrigation and flood protection projects for DSİ, a large-diameter transmission line for İSKİ, and hospital and airport buildings.

Abroad, we have completed water supply and sewerage projects in Azerbaijan, and the Kabul water supply project in Afghanistan is ongoing.

We are a member of İNTES, the Turkish Employers' Association of Construction Industries.

History

Selected years from our project list.

  1. First water supply works

    Water supply works in Osmancık (Çorum) and Çakırhöyük (Adıyaman) for İller Bankası, carried out as Hasel İnşaat.

  2. Haselsan founded

    Haselsan İnşaat ve Ticaret A.Ş. was founded and continued its water supply work for İller Bankası.

  3. Wastewater treatment plants

    Karaman central wastewater treatment plant, followed in 1995 by the Adıyaman biological treatment plant.

  4. Ø2235 mm transmission line for İSKİ

    Ömerli – Şeyhli – Darıca – Pendik water transmission line, section 1: 13,583 metres of steel pipe.

  5. First small dam for DSİ

    Yamaçoba Small Dam and irrigation in Gaziantep; in the same year, road and bridge works in Bigadiç for Eti Holding.

  6. Hospitals and airports

    Between 2005 and 2011, through our affiliates: Gaziantep and Hatay airports and hospital buildings in Afyonkarahisar, Çorum, Amasya and Gaziantep.

  7. Azerbaijan

    Göygöl water intake, the Ganja transmission line and a 4,000 m³ reservoir; in 2012, water and sewer lines in Ganja.

  8. Flood protection

    Flood and sediment control on the Aras River and its tributaries in Kars; the Ankara Stream improvement, section 3, was completed in 2014.

  9. Sadak Dam irrigation and İŞGEM

    Sadak Dam irrigation for the DSİ General Directorate; the Gümüşhane Business Development Centre building.

  10. Dalaman Plain irrigation

    A 24,500-hectare irrigation area with six pumping stations and a water intake.

  11. Apa Hotamış irrigation

    Konya Apa Hotamış irrigation, sections 1, 2 and 3, with eight filter stations.

  12. Kabul water supply

    FIDIC contract for the Kabul water supply project in Afghanistan.
